Kahn Academy Internet 101:
The Internet: Wires, cables, and WIFI-
·        The Internet: A tangible physical system made to move information.
·        The information send by the internet are called Bits are binary codes, we send the bites by Electricity, Light, and Radio Waves.
The Inernet: IP addresses and DNS-
·       Back in the 1970s there was no standard method for networks to communicate. It took the work of Vint Cerf and bob Kahn to invent the internetworking protocol.
·       The internet is really a design philosophy expressed in a set of protocols.
·       Protocols are well-known set of rules and standards used to communicate between machines.
·       The address system for computers on the internet is similar to the way you send mails to people by the post office, its called the internet protocols one computer send an address to another computer and you get what you want to see.
